Gather your supplies
• Cricut smart cutting machine
• Cricut EasyPress Mini (Zen Blue)
• Cricut EasyPress Mat or a towel
• Cricut Smart Iron-On (Blush and Black)
• Cricut Weeding Tool
• Stretched canvas with wood frame (30 x 40cm)
• Scissors
Here’s how
STEP 1 These designs can be found on Cricut Design Space by searching BHG Make Mums Day. Alternatively, upload your own designs or download your preferred option from Design Space.
STEP 2 Making sure you have mirrored the design, follow prompts in Design Space, load your smart iron-on vinyl into the cutting machine (shiny side down), then click Make it to cut the design with the fine point blade (included with smart cutting machine). Use Blush iron-on vinyl for abstract section of your artwork and Black for the native flowers.
STEP 3 Using weeding tool, remove negative sections from back of iron-on vinyl to reveal your abstract and native flowers, each left on their clear backing sheets.
