Being kinder to myself

HAVING TALKED last month about rethinking my priorities on the farm, my new management priority is me: it’s pretty obvious that I have to place my own health and well-being at the forefront of my management rethink. Simply put, I am trying to do two full-time jobs by myself, and am succeeding at neither. This situation is having a detrimental effect on my mental health. So, it’s time to change!
