It was late on Friday afternoon and the office staff were starting to wind down.

Samantha was checking her emails while Milly gathered up mugs from colleagues’ desks and sang along with the radio.

‘Who had a hit with this?’ Milly asked. ‘I don’t even know how I know the words.’

Samantha smiled. ‘One of those boy bands who were a flash in the pan when we were at primary school – not exactly Take That though.’
