Women are defying stereotypes as focus on fitness keeps growing

Gone are the days when women wanted to be frail and petite. There have been various stereotypes associated with women’s fitness – women shouldn’t lift heavy weights, women shouldn’t do very high-intensity workouts, women shouldn’t focus on building muscle – and so on.

However, all of these stereotypes are being broken and women are embracing workouts more than ever.
