WHEN FACED WITH THE DILEMMA of outgrowing their near-original 1930s cottage, Kate and Paul Hoye had a decision to make. “We needed more space for our growing family, so we either had to move to something bigger or extend what we had. We love our home and area, so we decided to stay and extend,” says Kate.
