Up to High Court to decide Transasia, ENSafrica wrangle

LEGAL BATTLE

THE bitter legal fight between law firm ENSafrica and Transasia Minerals is now in the hands of the Gauteng North High Court. This was after the two had arguments over a charge of contempt of law against ENSafrica and its employee Senzo Mbatha. The arguments were heard at the Gauteng North High Court on Friday.
