City’s plans to improve lives in the settlements

R18m injection

In a quest to improve the livelihoods of people living in informal settlements in the Metro, the City of Cape Town plans to inject about R18.3 million.

Their strategic plans include Expanded Public Works Programme prioritising the installations of wi-fi, waste removal, infrastructure repairs and more by June.
