■ 300ml carton pure cream
■ ½ cup finely grated parmesan
■ 8 fresh lasagne sheets
■ 120g baby spinach leaves
■ 1 cup fresh basil leaves, plus extra to serve
■ 1 cup grated Perfect Bakes Cheese
BOLOGNESE SAUCE
■ 500g pork and beef mince
■ 1 onion, finely chopped
■ 200g punnet sliced mushrooms
■ 2 tsps garlic paste
■ 2 x 410g cans Rich and Thick Mixed Herbs Diced Tomatoes with Paste
■ 1 beef stock cube, crumbled
