    "Profound differences" remain between U.S. and China, Secretary Blinken says

    Following the first trip an American secretary of state has taken to China since 2018, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken described the two days of diplomatic talks as "candid, substantive, and constructive," while acknowledging the two superpowers had "profound differences."
