WALTER SCOTT PORTER

IT WAS with great sadness that Portknockie CBS and North of Scotland Gloster Club heard of the passing of Walter Scott Porter (aka “Wattie”), who passed away on May 31. Wattie was born on January 1 1932 in Rhynie, Aberdeenshire, and had been keeping and breeding birds for 50 years. Wattie had a passion for budgies, lovebirds and all psittacines and had much success on the show bench
