A 67-YEAR-OLD WATERFOWL enthu siast has been sentenced for killing multiple birds of prey and corvids.
Barry Nicolle, who runs an exotic wildfowl breeding farm in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, was given a Community Payback Order andpleading guilty at Dumfries Sheriff Court to die indiscriminate use of banned poisons, which were used to kill five red kites () and ten rooks ().
