Bloody Mary rigatoni

Rigatoni allo Bloody Mary

► SERVES 1 ► PREPARATION 10 minutes ► COOKING 20 minutes

1 tbsp butter

2 tsp olive oil

1 red onion, peeled and finely sliced

1 celery stick, very finely chopped

100g dry rigatoni

1 large garlic clove, peeled and grated

½ tsp celery seeds (or 1 tsp celery salt and reduce the flaky salt)

3 tbsp tomato purée

2 tsp Frank’s hot sauce (or other cayenne-based sauce, to taste)

agood few dashes of Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp vodka or gin

½ lemon, juiced
