My partner, Simon, and I recently took a short tour in Portugal and one of the highlights was staying at a winery.
We really recommend Portugal Easy Camp. If you purchase a set number of items from the owner – for example, three bottles of wine, or wine and olive oil – you get to stay on the winery site for free. You can do that at Monte das Louzeiras (pictured), where we enjoyed a fabulous stay with the owners.
We found out about the special offer too late for ourselves, sadly!
