It’s the night of Wendy’s surprise do, and I’m beginning to wonder whether this dress might have been a mistake.

She not only caught him hanging up the phone quickly when she entered the room, but – worse – spotted him entering a house near the park with a suspicious young lady. This turned out to be the caterer.
