I was watching the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, on the telly and felt such deep envy. I don’t mean for his wealth, status, global influence, even his short trousers. I wouldn’t want any of those. And then, just as I was thinking what a lucky bloke Sunak was, the television news cut to the President of France, Macron himself, and he had the same qualitysay that, wouldn’t he?
