Five go to the moon

Several years ago five best friends toured Namibia on motorcycles. On the Honda Africa Twin was Peter; on the BMW 1200 GS was Cobus; Butch rode an older 1150 GS and my newly-wed wife, Suzaan, rode pillion on our BMW 1200 Adventure.

We each have our quirks and skills. Peter has a stutter and is a mechanical wiz, Cobus is deaf and the most daring among us, Butch is risk averse but has a sharp mind, Suzaan was the only woman and the glue that keep friendships together, and then there was me… Well, since I'm the one telling this story I have the privilege to keep my quirks to myself!

Our bike trip through Namibia was certainly eventful and memorable. We'd spendWhenever we regrouped, we compared stories about what we had seen along the way.
