China’s leather industry income, profits down 10%+

From January to May 2023, the operating income of leather, fur, feather and its products, and shoemaking enterprises above designated size nationwide was 299.09 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.5%. These companies realized a total profit of 12.68 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.6%.
