Take time to meditate

While you’re sitting relaxing outside, it’s a good time to explore meditation and mindfulness, especially if you’ve not found it very easy before. Reading says: ‘Close your eyes and enjoy the sensations of warmth, comfort, physical ease, the sounds of nature and the world around you. Or have your eyes open and really appreciate the beauty of your surroundings.’ You could set a timer for a minute or two and just focus on your breathing, gently bringing your wandering mind back to your breath.
