VALVE’S STEAM DECK is one of those devices that somehow adds up to more than the sum of its parts. Its custom AMD APU is looking pretty elderly, especially since AMD rolled out the new Phoenix chip with far better graphics performance. But of all the burgeoning arm of handheld gaming PCs, the Deck remains the one to buy.
