Honey-roasted apricot and raspberry pavlova

Ingredients

150g egg whites
210g caster sugar
1tspn cream of tartar
1tspn white wine vinegar
8 apricots
3tbspn honey
300ml double cream
200g raspberries
50g toasted flaked almonds (optional)
