Feel full GET SLIM

With a new season on the horizon, many of us will be thinking about setting new targets or getting back on track with any weight-loss goals. With this seven-day eating plan from Slimming World, you have everything you need to help you get started. The freedom of Slimming World’s Food Optimising plan means you are in control, so you can still enjoy all your favourite foods, and lose weight and hit your goals. What’s more, you could lose up to 7lb in just two weeks*.

HOW IT WORKS

1 You can start on any day you choose. Swap days around if there’s a meal you really fancy, or repeat days if there’s something you particularly enjoy!

2 Slimming World’s eating plan, Food Optimising, is based on scientific evidence and is a simple way to cut calories and lose weight without going hungry. It’s based on the science of energy density and satiety (how filling a food is), helping you limit your calorie intake without any counting.

3 Free Food is at the heart of the Slimming World plan. These are the foods you can enjoy without weighing, measuring or counting. There are more than 350 Free Foods to choose from, including fruit, veg, pasta, rice, potatoes, pulses, lean meat (and some plant-based proteins such as Quorn), fat-free dairy, fish and poultry. Basing your meals around Free Food (printed in bold) will naturally limit your calorie intake and allow you to lose weight without feeling hungry.

4 To make meals extra tasty, stock your store cupboard with herbs, low-calorie cooking spray, tomato puree, soy sauce, seasoning, spices and stock cubes, most of which can be used freely to flavour meals.

To ensure you’re getting a balanced and nutritious diet, you can enjoy measured amounts of foods that provide calcium, like milk and cheese – have two of these every day: 350ml skimmed milk, 250ml semi-skimmed milk, 400ml
