Pulled pork tacos

Mexican-restaurant inspired, you can’t beat the tasty pork packed into a taco with all the toppings.

Serves 4-6 • Prep 15 mins, plus marinating • Cook 4 hrs

1kg pork shoulder, skin/fat cap removed (see tip)
12 small soft tortillas
Guacamole, soured cream, salsa, lime wedges and coriander sprigs, to serve

For the marinade:

2tbsp chipotle paste
1tbsp ground cumin
1tbsp ground coriander
1tsp dried oregano
Juice 1 orange
Juice 1 lime
3tbsp red wine vinegar
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1tbsp tomato puree
1tbsp salt
