Family exhumes grave suspecting illegal burial

‘devastated’

A WYEBANK woman has had her husband’s grave exhumed because she thinks another body was illegally buried in the same spot.

On Tuesday morning, Daisy Pillay and her family gathered at the Mobeni Heights Cemetery for the exhumation.

Her husband, Nelson Pillay, died on January 30 last year after suffering a heart attack.

He was 61 and had just retired from his position as a foreman at the eThekwini Municipality
