1 CREATE A FOCAL POINT IN YOUR LIVING ROOM

Change up the look of your living room by hanging new artwork on the wall behind your sofa. Go for either a landscape design or two portrait shaped pieces of equal size side-by-side. Most people hang pictures too high; you shouldn’t have to strain your neck to see them. Aim to make the centre of the picture roughly five feet from the ground.
