Super greens and steak sandwich
SERVES 4
Use up curly kale in this healthy steak sandwich. The creamy sauce adds so much flavour, with a subtle, punchy hit of mustard.
4 shallots, peeled and halved
2 handfuls curly kale, shredded
1tbsp olive oil
4 x 100g steaks
¼ red cabbage, finely shredded
Handful of rocket
8 slices bread, toasted

1tsp liquid beef stock
