We’re both originally from Birmingham but decided to move to the village of Ullesthorpe in Leicestershire for a slower pace and better quality of life,’ says Celie. ‘We’ve always enjoyed creating things, but did minimal renovations in our first home, which we bought when we were in our 20s – it was mainly just redecorating.
