I've been impressed recently by a number of products which have arrived for review with full printed manuals in the box. Hoorah! This fills me with delight. Of course you might think that compared to the other excitements of a new slice of marvellous technology arriving for review this might seem a small thing, and indeed it may not be a green thing, but I very much like having a physical manual to read when I'm being introduced to a product, and even more so when I'm having trouble with something.
You might be surprised that I have been surprised — doesn't everything come with a manual? Heaven's no,
