In yoga, binds are a wonderful way to open the shoulders, create a safe, stable haven in a pose and create extra space in the body. Within these heart-opening binds, you’ll find some strong, graceful shapes that ask you to rise to the occasion. Option to use a strap here if your shoulders are a little tight.
1. Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose)
