HALLOUMI & CHERRY TOMATO SKEWERS

Serves 2

■225g halloumi, cut into 24 pieces■ 12 cherry tomatoes, halved■ Olive oil, for brushing

To serve

■ Runny honey■ Mint leaves■ Sesame or poppy seeds

1 Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Trim six wooden skewers to fit your air fryer.

2 Thread four pieces each of halloumi pieces and cherry tomatoes onto each skewer in any order you like. Brush them with a little olive oil.
