ycling UK’s suggestion that more funding should be made available for highways authorities to fix potholes ( 14 Sept) is not the answer to this national crisis! The answer is educating and making sure that local authorities actually DO use this extra funding to repair potholes and maintain our road networks instead of wasting it on ridiculous projects and fuelling greedy councillors’ huge wages.
