● The National Marine Manufacturers Association recently announced the results of a 2023 study on the economic impact of the recreational boating industry in the United States. Incredibly—and yet somehow, not surprisingly—recreational boating grew by 36 percent in annual economic activity in the past five years, from $170 billion in 2018 to $230 billion in 2023.
