Pre-War Morris vehicles had a series of different radiator shapes, known as the Bullnose for pre-1927 Cowley/Oxford cars and light vans; the Snubnose for Morris light vans made from 1924-30; and the Flatnose for Cowley/Oxford cars from 1927-31 and light vans from 1931-33. Cowley cars from 1932 and light vans from 1934 had a new tapered radiator with a central vertical chrome bar, but no nickname seems to have been given to those!
The Morris 8cwt standard Snubnose light van had an 11.9hp engine, a domed roof with a straight slope aboveand passenger side doors, arched shape side windows and horizontal oval windows. The GPO bought Snubnose vans fitted with 70 cu. ft. or 105 cu. ft. bodies.
