In part two Richard finishes work on the roof, looks at electrics, and starts planning the interior kitchen unit placement.
My pop-up (and others that I’ve seen) has roof bars that could be useful. Unfortunately they were quite rusty, so had to be removed by unbolting, then wire brushing, sanding, etc. before being primed with a rust eater/primer then painted with three or four coats of enamel paint. Without the bars the top was easier to paint, too.
