Pork and Green Bean Lo Mein

1. Cook 1 lb fresh lo mein per pkg. directions. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine 8 oz pork tenderloin (thinly sliced), 1 tsp cornstarch, 2 tsp Shaoxing wine, 1 tsp dark soy sauce and 2 tsp water; gently massage, then let sit while preparing remaining ingredients.
2. In small bowl, stir together ¼ cup apricot preserves, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp , 1½ tsp dark soy sauce and ¼ cup water.
