I was recently talking to an amazing human who runs a very successful business, managing a large team of employees and rural properties across Australia.

It is nothing for this young lady to be driving across the country, two little kids in tow, running her business and making decisions that impact not only her, but many others lives.

Having recently bought a new horse, which is quiet and safe, she suddenly has found that she is scared. Not just because she has a new horse, not just because she has a business to run, but because she has two wonderful children who mean the world to her and one mistake on her behalf could change both her and their lives forever.

And I am sure there are plenty of you reading this who know the exact feeling.

When you were young, horse riding was easy and fun, but as you get older, and your responsibilities increase, you start to worry about all the things that could go wrong and you become afraid.
