Eurostar passengers stranded for seven hours with no power or working toilets

Hundreds of Eurostar passengers have spent the day aboard a broken down LondonAmsterdam train – with no indication of when they might be rescued.

Night has now fallen on the train, which is stranded on a track in east Kent.
