• 2 tbsp butter • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1 cup chicken stock • 1 cup dry white wine • 1kg fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded • ½ cup thickened cream • Salt, to taste • Lemon wedges and parsley to garnish
