On the one hand, you want to keep it light so that it doesn’t hinder your HIIT but on the other, it has been ingrained in all of us how important proper nutrition is to get the best out of our workout.
The right snack will give us the energy to smash our goals but, get it wrong, and you may find it has the opposite effect.
