RECIPE for change

As YouTube’s The Body Coach, Joe Wicks kept many of us active during lockdown with his online PE classes. Now the 38-year-old fitness coach, who was awarded an MBE in 2020 for his efforts, is encouraging us to get fit and happy in his new book Feel Good in 15.

Filled with tips and tricks, Joe’s 14th book aims to help you feel good with 15-minute recipes, workouts and wellness exercises.

“I want to get everybody into the mindset of, even if you don’t have a full workout in you, spending 15 minutes stretching or doing a workout in the bedroom or garden,” he tells HELLO!.
