I HAVE OFTEN mentioned that, for me and many others, birdkeeping isn't just about the birds, but as much about the people. It's important to ensure contact is maintained, especially for those folks who are not as well accustomed to modern communication tools such as social media, emails etc.
Nothing can beat a physical aviary visit. However, this can be a bit of a challenge whenChristmas, so I decided to make the most of it and planned to head back to Suffolk to spend some time with my old friend Mr Brown.
