Touring the Puketoi Ranges

The starting point for this trip that Ashley and I were running through the Puketoi Ranges for our 4WD club was Alfredton Domain north of Masterton.

While this is a comfortable two hour run from Wellington, the need for a post-winter camp and shakedown trip for the K-Pod was a perfect excuse to avoid an early start by camping at the domain the previous night.
