Breathe your way to BLISS

Did you know you take an average of 23 000 breaths a day? Breathing is something the body knows how to do and is one of the few body functions that can be controlled on “automatic” (such as when we’re sleeping), or that we can take active control of (such as breath holding or breathing with awareness).

Breathing also reflects the level of activity in the body. When we work hard, we breathe hard. When we rest, we breathe softly and slowly.
