Coping with ANGER ISSUES

It’s a normal emotion and most people feel anger at some time, but if it’s uncontrolled, affecting life, work and relationships, you need to recognise the fact and seek help.

It may relate to other negative emotions, stress, anxiety or depression. Anger causes various symptoms, affecting how you feel physically or mentally, or how you behave. Some people become aggressive towards others, some hide their anger, even taking it out on themselves. It’s not always easy to recognise the reason why you’re behaving differently.
