In a remarkable year for Metro Schools:

• We achieved a Level 5 TVAAS status for the second consecutive year, outpacing state averages in seven out of eight testing categories.

• We opened two new schools and started construction on three more.

• We won a $15 million federal grant that will help us launch additional magnet schools.

Our district has more than 150 schools, and each one provides students in every grade level with engaging and enriching academic programs.

• Our nationally recognized Pre-K program establishes foundational skills for students beginning their educational journey.

• Big dreams start young, and our elementary schools offer fun, hands-on learning experiences, including STEAM and gifted education classes.

• Middle school students explore interests and expand academic skills, preparing for high school, where students pursue career pathways and earn industry certifications. Our graduates emerge as well-rounded young adults, prepared for college and career success.
