As the musical mastermind behind the Swiss band Yello, Boris Blank can look back on an extremely successful career spanning over 40 years. And anyone familiar with the interesting sounds he conjures up time and again for Yello can already imagine that we are once again dealing with exciting electronic music on Blank‘s third solo album. While the beginning of the 12-tracker is still energetic and James Bond-like, the album develops into spacey Ambient realms as it progresses, which - also due to the lack of vocals - would cut a fine figure as a soundtrack.
