IH B-414

Q I have an IH B-414 with an electrical problem, with no reading on the ammeter. I’ve had the system tested and the control box is OK, so the ammeter was blamed! A new one was fitted, but with no improvement.

I have since fitted a new dynamo with still no charge showing at the ammeter. The dynamo has been polarised, but is it possible that it is not correct? Any thoughts are appreciated.
