IAIN AYRE HELEN POON – RIP

Regular readers will be familiar with the name of Helen Poon, my Canadian partner in many road trips and automotive japes. You will remember reading about our fairly silly road trip last year in the Reliant Robin to the Isle of Man, and last month the much more sensible and civilised trip to France in the Rover 95.

I'm very sad to have to report that Helen was involved in a serious crash on a road trip in New Zealand in January while driving an Audi TT, and that she did not survive her injuries. She
