In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy boysenberry, pulpy/juicy cherry and small notes of bright cherry associated with touches of violet/lily, badian as well as a subtle sappy hint and a very discreet hint of fresh spices. Good length. Freshness, juiciness and suppleness on the finish.

The mouth is mineral, balanced and offers suavity, freshness, some fatness, precision, a certain concentration/density in precision as well as some straightness. All in control. A lively, fresh, elegant and easy-drinking wine. There is a hint of bitterness from the dark chocolate/mocha in the background.

Medium deep ruby color with slight garnet reflections. The nose is expressive and firstly reveals pronounced woody, spicy and roasted notes: toast, sweet coffee, vanilla and heated oak, cinnamon. We also find aromas of juicy black fruits: morello cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry, as well as very ripe red fruits (crushed strawberry, red cherry). There’s also a refreshing touch of chocolate with mint in the background. the palate expresses more freshness and fruit. In the attack, we find notes of tart red cherry, juicy morello cherry, fresh blackcurrant, blueberry and crunchy strawberry, while spicy and woody flavors appear in the finish (toast, vanilla, a light touch of cinnamon and caramel, toasted oak). The tannins are grippy, but rounded by a salivating acidity and a fresh fruitiness. The finish is medium long, but juicy, fruity and spicy. A wine with structure and freshness, slightly dominated by wood.

(60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon): Medium deep ruby color. The nose is warm, ripe and gourmand. it expresses notes of fresh black fruits (blackcurrant, black plum), crushed and candied red fruits (crushed strawberry, red cherry jam), accompanied by a sweet touch of blackcurrant cream and a very subtle note of chocolate in the background. On the second nose, we also see the aroma of tagada strawberry, associated with the freshness of chocolate with mint. On the palate, the wine is round, gourmand, with grainy tannins, but not drying in the mid-palate. We find ripe and slightly tart black fruits (blackcurrant, black plum, morello cherry), sweetness of strawberry, as well as light herbaceous notes (blackcurrant leaf) and a touch of pepper. The finish is tight, tannic, with a slight bitterness. A firm wine, but quite accessible.
