The Crémant is pale with shine and a straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of pear and apple with a present minerality. After aeration, there is also a touch of citrus and fresh grass. The palate is fresh with a nice refreshing acidity. There is a pleasant effervescence and notes of fruit such as crunchy apple and pear. We also see white and green grapes. The palate is fine, delicate but intense with beautiful touches of flowers. This crémant has a pale straw yellow color, bright and clear. Bubbles are dynamic. the nose is fresh, fruity and aromatic with notes of plum but also fresh apple and apricot. After aeration, we perceive minerality and notes of hazelnut. The palate is fresh and tangy. The excitement is very present. We find fruity notes like apple and juicy pear but also plum.
