Michael McIntyre has been forced to cancel a second comedy show after having emergency surgery for kidney stones.

The comedian, 48, cancelled tonight’s gig at the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton, days after pulling out of a show at Plymouth Pavilions because of illness. Both shows, which are part of McIntyre’s ‘Macnificent’ world tour, will be rescheduled and tickets remain valid for the new dates.
